HM HDS4 HDD PROBLEM

Hi, I appear to have the stock fault of no boot up on the the HDD, can you still supply a replacement? if so whats the procedure please? Regards John

Hi Elk,
Unfortunately I cannot supply replacements. This is more of a 'self-help' forum. If you want to do it yourself then I'm afraid there is currently no image to copy back to a new drive. Several members are working on it, but until then you'll either have to use an official JVC repair shop (see AndyWilks on this board - he's an excellent start) or use the online documentation to diagnose it yourself:

HDD Problem

I read with interest the problems, I have 2 of the HDS4 machine, 1 is Ok, the other has the flashing blue light of doom. How do i go about fixing it.

Daveowen, I'd PM Andywilks on this forum to see if he knows what could be causing that. He's more of an expert than me.
